Dental Implants in Fourways

Custom Made implants for your smile

Dental implants are the closest thing to getting your real tooth back. Whether you’ve lost a single tooth, multiple teeth or need a full-mouth solution, we offer long-lasting implants that feel and function just like real teeth.

What you need to know

Dental implants aren’t just about filling a gap — an implant fills that space with something that looks, feels, and functions just like the real thing.

They’re placed directly into the jawbone, acting as artificial roots — It won’t come loose. You can chew, speak, and smile confidently again.

Restore confidence

Missing teeth can make eating tricky, smiling awkward, and even speaking a little self-conscious. Implants fix that — permanently. They’re strong, secure, and comfortable.

  • Restore confidence in your smile

  • Eat what you love without worrying about discomfort

Natural look, natural feel

Once healed, implants feel like part of your body. They don’t wobble or come out — and we shape the visible part (the crown or bridge) to blend seamlessly with your surrounding teeth.

  • Restore smile and confidence

  • Restore bite and regain the pleasure of eating with comfort

Tailored to your mouth

Every gap is unique. That’s why your implant is planned using detailed digital scans, ensuring the crown or bridge fits your bite, your face, and your preferences — not just “what fits.”

  • Custom milling for organic shape

  • Shade-matching with surrounding teeth

Long Lasting

The procedure we use ensures that you will enjoy your new teeth for many years to come. Our implants last from over 15 years and often much longer and more permanently than that

  • Durable, long-lasting materials

  • Designed for strength and comfort

Simple 4 Phase Process

Step 1:

Consultation and Scan

Start with a friendly chat and dental exam — we’ll make sure a crown is the right option and answer any questions you have. This includes a quick digital scan (using our advanced CBCT machine) and explain everything clearly. We'll also check for any other oral health issues while you're there.

Step 2:

Building the Foundation

Once you've approved of the implant procedure, the first step is to implant your new titanium "root" into your own bone. This is a sensitive step because we'll need to wait for your jaw to "accept" the implant before we move onto phase 3. The healing process for this phase takes about 4 months.

Step 3:

Placing your new tooth

Once your new "root" has been accepted and has healed sufficiently, we then place your whole new tooth on top of that foundation and you walk away as if you'd never lost the tooth in the first place.

Step 4:

Post Treatment

After a few days you might feel like more adjustments are needed for an even more comfortable fit. No problem – we’ll happily fix that for you.

STILL NOT SURE?

Dental Implants FAQ: What patients in Fourways ask most

Not sure if you really need an implant? Wondering how long it lasts or what the process involves? You're not alone. Below are some of the most common questions we hear from patients in Fourways — all answered clearly so you can feel confident before booking.

What is a Dental Implant?

A dental implant is a long-term solution for replacing a missing tooth. It acts like a new root under the gum, and we place a natural-looking crown on top — so it feels and functions like a real tooth.

Can anyone get a Dental Implant?

Most adults can.

We’ll assess your overall health and take a 3D scan to check bone support. Even if you’ve been missing a tooth for years, we can often prepare the area with a minor graft if needed.

How long does a Dental Implant last?

With proper care, a dental implant can last 15 to 25 years or more. It’s one of the longest-lasting solutions available in dentistry today.

Does getting a Dental Implant hurt?

Not at all. We use local anaesthetic, and most patients are surprised at how quick and painless the process is. There’s usually mild tenderness afterwards, but nothing that lasts more than a day or two.

How much does a Dental Implant cost in South Africa?

A single dental implant usually costs between R12,000 and R18,000, depending on your case and the materials used. We’ll give you a clear quote after assessing your needs — no surprises.

What’s the recovery like?

Most people return to normal routines the next day. There might be some tenderness or swelling, but it’s usually mild and manageable with over-the-counter meds.

Are Dental Implants covered by medical aid in South Africa?

Many medical aid plans do cover dental implants, especially if they're needed for structural or health-related reasons. We’ll gladly provide a detailed quote you can submit to your provider to check your benefits before proceeding.

Do Dental Implants feel like real teeth?

Yes — once healed, you won’t notice the difference. They don’t move or shift like dentures, and you’ll be able to eat, laugh, and smile like normal.

EXTENSIVE PATIENT PORTFOLIO

It's important that you work with a Doctor who has a comprehensive track-record of proven results. Experience truly counts when trusting someone with your delicate features.

Modern Dentistry - done right!

Low-Pain

I have a BIG problem with dentists who don't prioritise patient care.

Too many patients come to me with unnecessary trauma from previous dentists who just plainly only care about money.

Dentists are DOCTORS - which is why I guarantee you a gentle and HEALING experience.

Cutting-Edge Technology

Too many dentists care more about their equipment than their patients.

But I take a strong stand against that.

Because only once you're comfortable does our revolutionary technology make the difference you care about (and it really is revolutionary.)
